These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pinkology’s website, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By visiting our site, creating an account, placing an order, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the bottom of this page reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase from us. If you use our Services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

We describe our products on the website as accurately as we can. Colors, textures, and packaging may vary slightly from images due to photography, displays, or natural variation in ingredients.

Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and may change without notice, except that the price in effect when you complete checkout applies to that order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (for example, if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, or we suspect fraud). If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the charged amount.

Payments are processed through our ecommerce platform and payment partners (including Shopify and its payment providers). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our partners to charge your selected payment method for the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Shipping timelines and carriers are described at checkout and in our support materials. Delivery dates are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you provide. Ensure your shipping details are correct; we are not responsible for loss due to an incorrect or incomplete address you supply.

If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency and price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel or we end the program in accordance with these Terms.

You may pause, skip, change cadence, or cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting team@drinkpinkology.com. Changes take effect according to the timing shown in your account or our communications; we will confirm material changes where required.

We want you to love Pinkology. If you are not satisfied, contact team@drinkpinkology.com within 30 days of delivery as described on our support page; we will work with you on a refund or replacement according to our then-current policy.

Unless we specify otherwise, you do not need to return opened product for that guarantee. Other statutory or provincial consumer rights may apply where they cannot be waived by contract.

You agree not to misuse our Services—for example, by attempting to interfere with the site’s security, scraping or harvesting data in violation of our policies or applicable law, impersonating others, or using our trademarks or branding in a misleading way.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to us or other customers.

All content on our website (including text, graphics, logos, images, and product names) is owned by Pinkology or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to access the site for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Our store may integrate with third parties (such as Shopify, payment processors, and shipping carriers). Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties or liabilities that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinkology and our affiliates, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or an order is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the product or subscription giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where a higher minimum applies under mandatory consumer protection law.

You agree to defend and indemnify Pinkology against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that if you are a consumer resident in Canada, mandatory consumer protection rules in your province or territory may still apply where they cannot be waived.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact team@drinkpinkology.com first so we can try to resolve it informally.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmation, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pinkology regarding the subject matter here.
